Welcome to Cami Ciotti Photography. By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

[Your Business Name] provides lifestyle, documentary, and family photography services. All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of required payment.

Session details, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements signed prior to each session.

2. Artistic Style & Creative Control

Photography is an art form. By booking services, clients acknowledge they have reviewed the Photographer’s portfolio and understand the documentary, lifestyle nature of the work.

Photographer retains full creative discretion over:

• Posing and direction

• Lighting and composition

• Editing style and color grading

• Final image selection

Clients are hiring Photographer for artistic interpretation, not for specific images imagined in advance. RAW/unedited images are not delivered.

3. Booking & Payments

• Full payment or retainer (as stated in service agreement) is required to reserve a session date.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed contract.

• Mini sessions and promotional sessions are strictly non-refundable.

• Additional time may be added for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling policies are outlined in each signed service agreement.

In general:

• Clients must provide advance notice to reschedule.

• Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

• In the event of weather or unforeseen circumstances, Photographer may reschedule at their discretion.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images are delivered via online gallery within the timeline stated in the service agreement.

Photographer is not responsible for:

• Downloading images after delivery

• Loss of files after gallery expiration

• Printing quality from third-party labs

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images promptly.

6. Copyright & Image Use

All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of Photographer.

Clients receive a personal-use license, which permits:

• Printing for personal use

• Sharing on social media with credit

Clients may not:

• Edit, alter, filter, or modify images

• Sell images

• Submit images to publications without written consent

Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless a written opt-out or Privacy Upgrade has been arranged prior to the session.

7. Privacy Options

Clients may request:

• A Faceless Child Option (reasonable efforts to limit facial visibility)

• A Privacy Upgrade (full confidentiality, if offered)

These requests must be made prior to the session date and may be subject to additional fees.

8.Booking Confirmation & Agreement

By booking a photography session with [Your Business Name], Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in the applicable Session Agreement and Booking Contract.

Submission of payment, retainer, or signed agreement constitutes acceptance of all policies, including but not limited to:

• Artistic style and creative discretion

• Payment and refund policies

• Cancellation and rescheduling terms

• Image usage and copyright policies

• Privacy and marketing terms

Clients are responsible for reviewing all contract details prior to booking. Booking a session indicates full acknowledgment and acceptance of those terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Photographer is not liable for:

• Injuries sustained during sessions

• Property damage

• Weather conditions

• Uncooperative subjects

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

10. Website Use

All content on this website — including images, text, branding, and design — is the property of [Your Business Name] and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the county of Photographer’s principal place of business.
